All our Sales Consultants receive paid training, flexible scheduling, career advancement opportunities, a company vehicle, and competitive commissions/bonuses. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for completing 2 to 3 in-home consultations each day, offering exceptional customer service and expert design advice, accurately measuring windows, placing orders for products, and more.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience, excellent written correspondence and math skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, experience with window coverings, including drapery, is helpful but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing a variety of hard and soft window treatments, including motorized and automated solutions, at residential and commercial job sites.
At Budget Blinds, we don't just provide our customers with top-quality products, we also take care of our employees. That's why we offer competitive salaries, paid training, career advancement opportunities, flexible scheduling, bonuses, a company vehicle, and medical and dental benefits.
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid driver's license and insurance, a clean driving record, and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb up and down ladders. Prior experience in general carpentry or as an in-home installer is a plus.
