I was so impressed with with the representative who helped me pick out my blinds. He was so very thorough and ask me a lot of questions about my preferences. Then when Ryan, the installer, came, he showed up a little bit early. I was in the middle of talking to a carpenter about a problem with my door. Ryan needed very little direction from me and he got right to work got right to work with no confusion or questions. When I finished with the carpenter I came to check on Ryan and he was 3/4 of the way through the installation of my 4 blinds and and he was ready for my questions. I asked him about hooks to wrap the cords around so they weren't dangling into my sink, He went out into his van and found what I wanted, and installed them. The professionlism of the company and their employees exceeded my expectations. The blinds are good quality and exactly what I wanted.
