Jim began his journey with Budget Blinds over ten years ago, and he has been helping our customers bring the home dreams to life. When he's not working hard for our customers, you can find him on the golf course or working on old home rennovations. He and his wife Sunni share many other hobbies together, inlcuding fitness. 

Shannon became our office and accounting manager in 2013, and she is the glue that holds our team together! With her massive skill set, she is an impressive jack of all trades when it comes to Budget Blinds. When she’s not jetting around the world from Australia to Amsterdam, she's hanging out with her daughter, hanging outdoors, or reading with a nice glass of wine. 

Chris started with Budget Blinds in September 2021 as our warehouse manager, and he has since become our install and motorization guru, as well as, sales. He loves spending time with his friends and family, as well as, being outdoors. He loves camping, fishing, and shooting at the range. 

Katharine is a Design Consultant and has been with Budget Blinds since 2017.Katharine believes in function first and will take the time to listen to your unique issues and priorities before making any design recommendations. She currently lives just outside of Josephine and enjoys gardening, river tubing, and spending time with her husband, daughters and 2 dogs.

Miss Kitty is our Chief Feline Officer. Her pawifications lie in pet safe window treatments.  Her passion for keeping your fur babies safe makes her the ultimate expert in cordless and motorized blinds and shades.
