After 20+ years in the dental field for Michelle and 20 years in corporate sales and leadership for Ed, we decided to fulfill our dreams of growing a business together. With a vision to build a customer-centric brand in West Michigan, in March 2018 we decided to purchase a local Budget Blinds because of their strong brand, consultative approach to customer service, industry leading warranty and a total solutions offering that the competition wish they had! Our custom residential and commercial product offering includes automation, blinds, shades, shutters, drapes and more. We will be servicing customers throughout the Kent, Ottawa, Montcalm and Ionia counties including Grand Rapids, Allendale, Rockford, Lowell, Greenville and surrounding communities. We are very excited to start our new mission of serving our community with quality custom window treatments and a superior in-home shopping experience. Rachel Leiter is proud to serve on the Budget Blinds of Rockford team as a Design Consultant! A graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Marketing, Rachel loves to bring her knowledge in marketing to the table when helping customers design the perfect space. Rachel loves working with people and helping them achieve their desired look and style for their home or office. She is a native to West MI, but currently lives in Rockford, MI and loves calling the area home. She loves to read, participate in sports, and spend time with her husband and two children when she isn't busy helping to design super dreamy spaces!

Kurt and his family are relatively new to the Rockford area. After receiving his B.S. in Marketing / Business Administration from the University of Akron, Kurt, his wife, and his son and daughter lived in Brighton, MI. However, after many years in Brighton, Kurt and his family decided that Rockford was much more their speed. Now, he and his wife, son, and daughter love being part of our community. When Kurt isn't helping customers set up their new window treatments, he loves fishing and camping with his family.
