During a recent remodel, wall texturized had been splashed onto my new Cellular shades. I returned to Budget Blinds of Rio Rancho, hoping there was a way to remove the texturized without damaging the fabric. I was STUNNED to learn there was a "5" year replacement warranty - No Questions Asked. Dale took some notes and I left Elated. Dale called several hours later providing the manufacture's shipping date and the expected arrival date at Budget Blinds of Rio Rancho. Dale then assured me he'd be back in touch to set up an installation date. This is service i haven't experienced in years.
