Jennifer Mann is the owner of Budget Blinds in Poulsbo. She can offer expertise in every type of window treatment including exterior products, such as exterior awnings and solar screens. She has been involved in small business her entire life, and has used her experience and innovation to build a team of amazing individuals who proudly serve their community. Her passion is to provide exceptional customer service and to bring a level of design to every customer's home. You can expect the same level of dedication and commitment from every one of her Budget Blinds employees.
Jennifer lives in Kitsap County with her two daughters and loves all things country. She enjoys riding horses, gardening, and taking care of her farm. But most of all, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Sean Welch
General Manager

Sean is our General Manager and our Quality Control Specialist. He oversees all of the daily operations, manages the employees, and ensures all policies are being met. As a Quality Control Specialist, he is responsible for inspecting/testing products before, during, and after the installation process to ensure that all of our products align with company and legal standards. He brought his experience with him from Colorado where he owned his own building company for over 20 years.
When he is not at work, he enjoys building new things, and any project when working with his hands are involved. When stars align and time is alloted, he enjoys golfing, painting, and riding horses.

Laura Dee
Assistant Manager

Laura is our Assistant Manager, and she has a background in administrative work and customer service. She's the first smiling face you see when you walk into our beautiful showroom. Her specialites are her product knowledge for all types of window treatments and working closely alongside our installers for any repairs. Her favorite thing about working here at Budget Blinds is the feeling of finding the right solution for the customer's needs, and then going above and beyond to make sure those needs are taken care of.
In her free time she enjoys watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with her husband Jed and her cat Audrey.

Bethany Morgan
Executive Assistant/Design Consultant

Bethany is our jack of all trades! She is the Executive Assistant to our owner Jenni, does our Social Media/Marketing for us and 2 days a week is a Design Consultant. She has a background in Retail, Marketing, and Customer Service. She loves meeting new people and being able to really get to know the customer in order to learn their unique personality and style.
In her free time she enjoys reading, binge watching new T.V. shows, taking a walk with her dog Jax, or spending time with her friends or family.

Mackenzie Moore
Design Consultant

Mackenzie is our seasoned Design Consultant, being with us for 5 years. She has 10 years of experience with interior design and customer service. She is the true expert in anything design, from our custom Drapery field to all of our interior options. She loves getting the chance to take our customer's vision and making it into a reality, tailoring it with the ability to be flexible and being able to think creatively.
While not working, she loves to travel and explore new areas with her husband Chad and her daughter Brooke.

Design Consultant

Alan is our second full-time Design Consultant and has background in Customer Service and Mortgage Lending. He enjoys being able to dissect and problem solve any issues our customers may have with their window covering needs. He also enjoys getting to meet new people and learning about their interests. Fun fact about Alan is that he was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland! We all love an Irish accent!
In his free time, he loves playing and watching soccer with his two boys-Liam and Callum.

Whitney Roberts
Showroom Administrator

Whitney is the delightful voice your hear when you call our office, and is our main Showroom Administrator. She has a background in Customer Service and Administrative work. She is our go-to for any scheduling, and any updates from our manufacturers. She is our north star when it comes to anything fabric related. Her favorite part about working at Budget Blinds are the different relationships she gets to form not only with our customers but with her co-workers as well.
In her free time she enjoys sponsoring her Papillons in local and non-local dog competitions, photography, spending time with her two kids-Teighan and Tracen, and exploring and traveling to new places (Especially beaches).

We are the nation's largest window covering franchise, locally owned and operated in Poulsbo. We install a variety of custom window coverings, as well as exterior solar screens, awnings, and retractable screen doors. We need an installer who is comfortable with ladders and heights.
We provide all training, tools, and trucks.
