Julia was born and raised in Los Angeles and moved to central Florida in the early 90's. After spending time in the commercial construction industry for many years, she decided it was time to become her own boss. She followed her passion by becoming the franchise owner of three Budget Blinds territories in 2013, knowing this was the perfect fit for her knowledge and expertise. The franchises have been operating in this community for over 15 years. What brings Julia joy is spending time with her family, biking our local trails, fitness training, cooking and decorating. Sarah started as a lead installer and project coordinator, with extensive knowledge of window treatments, specializing in draperies. Today, Sarah acts as the coordinator for installing everything from basic blinds to complicated shutters, ensuring that our clients receive the best installation services possible.

Originally from England, Sarah has become a US citizen and has lived in our service area for many years, truly understanding the needs of our clients. When she's not managing our warehouse or coordinating installations, Sarah enjoys tending to her garden, reading, and spending time with her family. She's been married for 32 years and has two children and three grandchildren.

He's also an avid sports fan, watching all sports, and has three grandchildren that he loves spending time with.
