From the very first phone call from Reanna, to the actual day of install, Rainer and his team exemplify top notch customer service, thoroughness, and quality product. My plantation shutter took a little longer to arrive but that had absolutely nothing to do with them, manufacturing is still behind. They stayed true to their word on pricing, followed up immediately when I had inquiries, and were overall so polite, professional and courteous. The day of install, Rainer came by with William, his tech, and they worked for hours making sure my plantation shutter was installed perfectly. I am over the top thrilled with them! Everyone that sees them has the highest compliments. I will definitely purchase other window fixtures from them in the future & give only the highest recommendation for anyone looking for quality blinds.
