My husband and I had purchased a new house and therefore needed to cover an entire house of windows. We knew what we wanted and this was our third home which meant we knew a lot more about the process and what to expect. With that said, I am a lot more critical in my expectations while mindful of our family's needs. So, we had several companies come and provide us estimates with samples of their product. Mark was the first one we had to our home, but, he ended up being the one that I compared every other of the 6 companies and representatives we had out to do the same. He provided us with great options and wasn't just trying to make a close on another deal. It honestly felt that he wanted us to be happy for the long haul. He wasn't just some sales guy, he was out to personally oversee the installation and followed up with minor adjustments without any issue. I have had experiences with other companies where once they get the sale, you are but a piece of paperwork. Mark had followed up above our expectations (and I'm critical...) to the point that we decided to order for the few windows we thought we would do something else for to keep our costs down. With that, we also feel that the price we have paid are perfect for an entire house of plantation shutters. This was our "grown up" house with grown up tastes now. To feel that we actually accomplished it, the compliments we have received for it and the lifetime of wear that we will get from them is beyond words. Mark isn't just a salesman, I have met and worked with many. He has made both my husband and I beyond happy. Thank you for the amazing finishing touch you have brought to our home, it has the look and feel that I had pictured but, didn't know if I would achieve. Happy....isn't even the word.

Mark Schultz put our blinds in our new home 8 years ago. This is the 1st time I've had to call them for a couple of things. 1. Re-stringing a blind and 2. replacing little caps on the strings (they still worked). Easy to schedule, was here on time, quick fix on all. I will always call Budget Blinds. Mark does an excellent job.
