Sal Cagno, co-owner of Budget Blinds of Greensboro, brings a unique blend of expertise and personal engagement to the team, having moved from South Florida to the Triad 16 years ago. With a background rich in real estate accolades and a passion for detail, Sal's exceptional communication skills ensure every client's vision is realized with precision. An avid softball fan, Sal applies the same dedication to coaching his daughters, emphasizing the values of teamwork and commitment. His involvement with the Greensboro Builders Association and his role as a devoted father to two daughters and a son reflect his deep connection to both his profession and the community. Sal's approachable nature and commitment to quality make him a pivotal figure in transforming spaces into cherished homes.

It's time for a shout-out! Today, we're taking a moment to recognize Nick Gervasi. He's the owner of this location—and has been for quite some years now after purchasing this location in February of 2014. With all that time under his belt, it's safe to say that Nick is a huge part of what makes our branch so special.

On top of that, Nick brings a lot to this space. He's amazing when it comes to customer service—plus, his attention to detail serves him well when it comes to creating the Window Treatments that the people of Greensboro love. On top of that, Nick has lived in the area for 16 years now—plenty of time to get to know the communities and the local styles so prominent throughout our area.

When Nick isn't here at work with us, you can usually find him with his family. He has a wife, two sons, and two dogs, all of whom keep him busy at home. He spends his free time coaching kids' sports.

Laura is the glue that holds the office together. Her easy to get along with personality is a great fit for our every changing enviroment. Often times she will be your first point of contact. Customers enjoy her laid back nature and attention to detail. In her spare time you can catch Laura enjoying another passion of hers, crafting. 

One of the key points of expansion for Budget Blinds in recent years has been commercial sales. Whether it’s a school, apartment complex, warehouse, or retail space commercial sales have grown by leaps and bounds. So much so that it led to the addition of Matt to head up our commercial sales division. Matts a perfect fit for this role as it combines his gregarious personality with his tactical, attention to detail approach (which is key in commercial settings). Combining those skills has helped to establish Budget Blinds as a leader in commercial window sales in the triad. In his downtime Matt is often found coaching his 2 sons in sports or spending time with his lovely wife Jamie at their Greensboro home.

Dalton is Nick’s brother and has been with Budget Blinds since its inception in the Kernersville market. He previously worked in the collectibles industry and has a passion for watches. Dalton is currently our lead installer. His attention to detail makes him a great fit for the position as he makes sure the customer is always satisfied. His positive attitude fits well when he changes hats and does in home consultations. In his spare time, he can be found pursuing his love of watches. Dalton and his wife Heather have an extremely adorable baby girl and live in Kernersville. 

Curtis is a humble, down to earth guy with great, hands on, craftsman skills. These skills are just some of the qualities that make him a great installer. Curtis is also very laid back, and approachable, always willing to share or explain the finer points of an install It’s these qualities that have made him a valuable member of the Budget Blinds team since joining us.
