A Sales Design Consultant with Budget Blinds involves showing people our beautiful window coverings and helping them select the best solutions for their homes. We believe the perfect in-home shopping experience starts with you! Our customers are never pressured, our consultative sales process gives you the tools and tips you need to succeed. When a customer orders window coverings through you, we also have top-notch installers to complete the process.

You’ll receive an initial hourly paid training and quickly move to a commission role. You will have flexible work hours and days. Responsibilities
- Complete 1 to 4 in-home consultations each day – daily flexible work hours
- Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice
- Accurately measure windows and place orders for products
- Discuss your job details with installers when necessary
- Document all sales communications during design consultations
- Responds to emails, texts and phone calls promptly
- Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure
- Participate in periodic sales meetings and training as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Quick learner who is adaptable, self-reliant, resourceful and has problem solving skills
- Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful
- Strong friendly and personable skills
- Strong basic math skills
- Some proficiency in MS Excel
- Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 35lbs
- Measure overhead and while on a 6’ foot ladder
- Honest, Respectful, and Service-Oriented required

Potential Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 possible in this role working full time
