We purchased a home in need of extensive remodeling, including very outdated window coverings. I contacted Budget Blinds, and worked with Becky. She helped me pick out the perfect color and configuration for each room. Unfortunately, I was a bit too anxious and the blinds were finished LONG before the remodeling, but Budget Blinds was very patient with me and were very gracious about holding them so they would not be ruined with all the mess of remodeling. Later the two rooms we had not originally ordered blinds for were ready and I worked with Jan, who also did a great job helping me get just the look I wanted. When we were finally ready for install they had someone out right away. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and explained both the operation and proper cleaning method of each type of blind. I would have to say that from start to finish, my experience with Budget Blinds was of high quality and service; they have a wonderful selection and excellent staff.
