    We would like to introduce ourselves, Tom and Vivian Oku, owners of Budget Blinds of Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes and the South Bay. We have a diverse background. Tom as a young man was in construction and later property management. Since then he has been an entrepreneur, owning a D.J. business, retail store and now Budget Blinds. Vivian is a retired high school teacher and deals mostly with the scheduling of customer's appointments and accounting of the business. We have been most fortunate to be working with such enjoyable, pleasant customers in this unique South Bay community. Our confidence in our products, warranties and personalized service has proven why we are still here since 2010. We would like to thank you for letting us tell you a little about us.
