I am writing you to make comments on my experience with your company and your staff. My wife and I had our beach home/retirement home built in Lewes Delaware. We saw your adds in different places. My wife wanted to call you since we needed window treatment for our home. I called the office and was given the name and number for Ashley. We made an appointment and she came to our house with different materials. My wife and she looked at and discussed different options. They came to a decision. I then came in from cutting the grass, and was told about our options. We made our decision at that time and placed the order for (15) windows. The blinds arrived about three weeks later, and your install team contacted me and we set a date to meet. The day of the install two gentleman came to the house, introduced themselves and went to work. The worked as a team, and within a little time had all the blind's installed. They put down protection items so not to damage our home, and when completed removed all packaging items. After installation they showed me how to operate the blind's and also showed me how to remove the blind's if I wanted to paint or do any cleaning. I have been self employed for thirty years, so I tend to look at things a little harder than most. I was impressed with the quality of the blind's, the respect that your staff showed to me and my wife, as well as our home. So I want to say "Thank You" for a job well done, but more importantly "Thank Your Staff" for showing me that they care! I would recommend your staff and product's to anyone ! Sincerely, Joseph O
