I needed blinds to replace my current ones in my upstairs bedrooms. I requested a meeting and Ed called me the very next day to schedule a time to come to my home! I have to confess that I had called Costco too inquiring about their blinds and didn't get a call until two weeks later to schedule an appointment. Ed came to the house, we discussed what I needed and decided on the top down bottom up blinds. They were ordered and a little over a week later they were installed!!! One blind was not correct and Ed immediately took care of that...ordered a new one! I can't say enough about the service and the follow-up...great customer service. I will need blinds for my downstairs soon and I will definitely call Ed to order

We moved into a new house and needed window coverings for many windows. I had someone come out to give me an estimate from another company and was very displeased with him. I called budget blinds and received an estimate from them. To make a long story short and not put blame anywhere I was not pleased with the mistakes that were made the first time around. I hasten to say that the owner made good on everything I was displeased with. He came out to our house and listened to our complaints, agreed with us and made everything work out to our approval. I would say that someone who owns a business and stands behind his product and wants the complete satisfaction of the customer is worth recommending and I recommend Ed Burns highly. Gene who installs the shutters and Mike who does the verticals are both very professional. They were both on time and took their shoes off before they came into my house! We are very pleased with our shutters and vertical blinds. I highly recommend this business and the owner.
