After 20 years in the Oil Industry, Bill was looking for an opportunity to work for himself while serving the local community. Bill learned about Budget Blinds by 3 avid boating friends who love what they do and the value they bring to their customers. Bill interviewed many franchisees across the country and in September 2015, purchased Budget Blinds of Kingwood, Humble, Atascosita, Huffman, Crosby and Northeast Houston. Erika, born in Puerto Rico and a native to the Dominican Republic, moved to Houston in 2014 to be closer to family. Erika owned and operated her own grocery store and restaurant in Miami for 14 years, and understands the value of delivering exceptional customer service. Erika has four children who love taking rides in our Budget Blinds van (it's cool). At Budget Blinds of Kingwood, you’re not just our customer, you’re our neighbor and our friend. About Bill and Erika
After 20 years in the oil industry, Bill heard about the Budget Blinds ® opportunity from friends who quit
their jobs as engineers, architects and school teachers to do Budget Blinds® . He interviewed many
franchisees across the country who all had great things to say about Budget Blinds ® . Bill and Erika then
flew to California and spent quality time with Chad Hallock and the other original founders as well as the
entire headquarters staff. In August 2015, he purchased the Kingwood and surrounding Lake Houston
territory.
Erika, born in Puerto Rico but Dominican Republic in heritage, moved to Houston in 2014 to be closer to
