I HIGHLY recommend this company. Budget Blinds of the Hamptons has always done an excellent job for us. The customer service has been outstanding and they stand by their products and work. Considering that the traffic on rte. 27 is year-round now, they are on time 99% of teh time. Frankly, if you want service on anything on the east end, you need to be prepared to wait, and with budget blinds I have never had to. Any (rare) problems with product that I have had over the years have been rapidly addressed (and some of them were my own fault).
