Bob and Kate have been serving the Hilton Head Island area for over 17 years and are excited to show you window treatment options for any budget and style. We couldn’t be more grateful to call Josh our Project Manager! Being a team member for over 16 years, Josh has earned his position as the head of the Install team. Originally hailing from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Josh moved down to the Lowcountry in 2002 and has fallen in love with the area ever since. His daily tasks include managing our installers and ensuring all projects are completed as efficiently as possible. Despite coming from an educational background unrelated to window treatment installation, Josh greatly enjoys his job. The satisfaction of completing each project, coupled with not having to sit behind a desk, makes being a Project Manager so rewarding to him. When not serving the Hilton Head Island community, Josh enjoys visiting the mountains with his wife, Rocio, and their dog, Pepi.

Our warehouse stays in ship-shape thanks to Davon, our fantastic Warehouse Operations Manager. He joined the Budget Blinds family nearly two years ago and has made our inventory work a dream ever since. Davon has spent five years in warehouse work, and his experience shows in his performance. He’s in charge of receiving and tracking orders and taking control of the warehouse’s layout and organization. He enjoys the challenges every day presents and loves working with his team. His original home is Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, but he has lived in the Lowcountry for two and a half years. It fills our hearts to hear Davon say that his position has been, by far, the best job he’s ever had! Davon fancies himself an artist and enjoys painting when he’s not at work.

Being a Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island team member for eight years, we're proud to call Evan our Operations Manager. Being raised in Long Island, NY, he moved to the Lowcountry to get closer to family and has been grateful to find his Budget Blinds family. When asked about his daily role, he said he does "Whatever it takes." From ensuring smooth business operations to working with our staff and vendors to secure a phenomenal customer experience, Evan is a true jack-of-all-trades. Prior to becoming an excellent member of our team, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business and has over 22 years of experience in the window-covering industry. Evan uses his decades of knowledge daily in his career, as his favorite part of his job is educating the team to help further their success. His personal philosophies include treating everyone with respect, keeping organized, and not taking himself too seriously. When not being an invaluable member of our Budget Blinds family, Evan enjoys working with his hands, biking, cheering for the New York Jets, and spending time with his family.

Meet Rocio, our financial-wizard Accounting Manager. She joined our team two years ago, and we’ve had the pleasure of working with her ever since. Her primary responsibility is to oversee Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island’s financial systems, using the knowledge she acquired from her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting to do so. Rocio’s favorite part of being a Budget Blinds team member is spotting areas in need and measuring the results once she’s improved them. Her favorite window treatment is shutters, as they define a unique architecture that South Carolina loves. Rocio was originally from the Venezuelan Andes but has called the Lowcountry home for nearly thirty years. When not improving our financial systems, you can find Rocio hiking in the gorgeous South Carolina wilderness and traveling with her husband, Josh, and pup daughter, Pepi.

Meet Jarrod ‘J,’ a Baltimore native and one of our talented Sales Consultants. Despite growing up in the Old Line State, He’s called the Lowcountry home on and off for over 20 years. Jarrod has been a part of our team since September 2022, and he’s been a tremendous asset! As a Sales Consultant, he is tasked with bringing the showroom to our customers. The wide variety of people he interacts with daily has quickly become the highlight of his time with Budget Blinds. Before joining the window treatment industry, Jarrod worked in medical and alcohol sales, preparing him for his career. One tip he’d like our wonderful customers to know: when your shades or honeycomb cell pockets have become too dusty, a can of compressed air does a great job cleaning up the mess. When he’s not working with our sales team, Jarrod enjoys raising his two kids with his wife, fishing, surfing, golfing, and relaxing on the beach.

With six years of experience working with our Budget Blinds team, we couldn’t be more grateful to have Jessica Reeves as one of our stellar Sales Consultants. She was born and raised in New Jersey but moved to South Carolina in 2005. She moved to Bluffton in 2009 to attend USC Beaufort and has called the location home ever since! Jessica is always sure to form a connection with her clients, whether that’s through finding a sports team they both enjoy, complimenting their unique home, or any other manner she finds. Despite her well-developed skills in her career, Jessica went to school for Psychology! As a Sales Consultant, Jessica brings the showroom to the customer during their in-home consultation. She makes expert recommendations and helps clients discover window coverings perfectly suited for their space. When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and puppy or listening to Taylor Swift.

Meet Jarod, one of our talented Sales Consultants. Jarod thoroughly enjoys serving the Hilton Head Island community by helping them select the perfect custom window coverings for their home. He boasts a detailed history in sales jobs over the years, where he gained the experience he uses in his current position. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jarod moved to the Lowcountry over fifteen years ago and joined our Budget Blinds family at the request of Bob, our owner. His favorite aspect of working with our team is the opportunity he has to meet new folks and view their unique homes. His favorite window covering is Norman Smartdrapes, as he appreciates their gorgeous appearance and versatility in patterns and colors. When not introducing top-of-the-line window coverings to our clients, Jarod has a burning passion for golfing, as he was a pro golfer for 20 years!

As one of our Installers, Matthew ensures that each client’s custom window treatments are perfectly equipped in their home. Originally hailing from Idaho, Matthew made the cross-country move in 2014 and has called the Lowcountry home ever since. Before he joined the Budget Blinds team, he had a wealth of knowledge on Lutron shades, which led to us catching his eye. Matthew greatly enjoys showing our customers how to use motorized shades, his favorite window treatment. He is in awe of their function and believes they can be helpful in all households. As someone who is self-described as ‘technically inclined,’ Matthew can quickly adapt to new tools and programs he is introduced to. When not helping our clients bring their dream home into reality, he enjoys spending time with family and gaming.

When you visit our Hilton Head Island showroom, you might run into Lynn! Serving as our Accounting and Showroom Assistant, she has been a member of the Budget Blinds family since May 2021. Crystal Lake, Illinois, is where she was raised, but she’s been a southern girl since 2013. During the first half of the day, Lynn finds herself assisting our Accounting Manager and later provides customer assistance in our showroom. Lynn has worked in finance for most of her life - from offices to retail settings - and has enjoyed it all! Her favorite window treatment is Norman roller shades, as she is fond of their naturally clean look, inside and out. With every passing day she works with our team, Lynn has found that being organized, detailed, and investigative of issues have become her most valuable traits. Her personal philosophy is to enjoy every day to the fullest and remember that we have the power to decide if each day will be a good day. During her free time, she enjoys biking, swimming, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Davenia ‘Dee’ is one of our awesome Showroom Assistants who has helped keep our showroom thriving for over a year. She attended Charleston Southern University for Business Administration and is a certified notary republic for South Carolina. She carries an impressive 15 years of experience in management and customer service, which she has put to good use to serve the Lowcountry community. Some of her daily responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting showroom walk-ins, scheduling consultation appointments, and generally keeping our showroom afloat! Her favorite part of working with our team is how she feels more like family than an employee. Her favorite window treatment is Lutron roller shades in Kiera Fog, which she recommends to all our clients. Davenia loves a good mystery and prides herself in solving any that comes her way!

Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island’s Service Department wouldn’t run as smoothly as it does without Joshua, our Service Department / Warranty Specialist! He’s been a valuable member of our team since July 2021, but Joshua has called the Lowcountry home for thirty-five years. When we asked him about his favorite part of his position, he responded that the satisfaction that comes with helping our clients resolve their service and installation issues took the cake. He used his customer service and people skills to succeed in his Budget Blinds family and has found the position to improve his people skills. When Joshua isn’t helping our clients with their service or warranty needs, you can find him fishing off the gorgeous South Carolina coast or spending time with his family.

We are so lucky to have Aaron on our Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island team! This Tennessee native has been a key member of our team for over 3 years and provides great in-home design consultations as a Sales Consultant. Although he loves several aspects of his role, Aaron’s favorite part of consultations is meeting new people. When he’s not helping customers find their perfect window treatment, you can find Aaron cheering on the Vols, listening to music, and spending time on the water.

Our office wouldn’t run nearly as smoothly as it does without our awesome Scheduling Coordinator Megan! Originally from the Garden State, Megan moved to the Lowcountry area over 5 years ago and has been with our team for over 3 years now. With her organization, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness, Megan oversees all of the Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island consultation scheduling and helps customers navigate our variety of window treatment samples in our Bluffton showroom. When you visit our showroom, be sure to ask Megan about her favorite window treatment- automated woven wood shades! She loves their unique texture and functionality. Outside of the showroom, you find Megan creating things and customizing her own home. Be sure to say hi to Megan when you stop by our showroom!

We’re proud to call Champ one of our talented design consultants! As a South Carolina native, Champ was a golf club professional for 30 years prior to joining our team. His love for meeting new people and strong customer service skills has helped Champ succeed in his new role here at Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island. As our wonderful Sales Consultant, Champ helps our clients meet their window treatment needs through our free in-home design consultations. When he’s not working with our amazing team, Champ loves watching any sport, but especially competitive golf, when his son is playing! If you ask Champ what his favorite window treatment is, he’ll tell you all about our cellular shades, as they’re energy efficient, have great light control, and a unique design. Champ can’t wait to help you find your next window treatment!

We are so lucky to have Mark as a talented installer on our Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island team. Originally, friends brought Mark to our wonderful team, but he stayed for his love of customer service and installations. On a typical work day, you can find Mark making your home visions come to life by conducting smooth custom window treatment installations. During his time with our team, Mark has loved the variety and flexibility of his position. He loves to move around and stay active throughout the day! Mark can’t wait to help you upgrade your home with the perfect window treatment!

We couldn’t be more grateful to have Sandy Correa as one of our amazing Showroom Assistants! Born in the City of Angels, Sandy moved to the Lowcountry when she was 12 and now has over 20 years of customer experience that has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of fulfilling customer needs, communication strategies, and problem-solving. On a typical day in the showroom, you can find Sandy assisting customers by guiding them through the showroom and scheduling free in-home design consultations. If you were to ask Sandy about her favorite window treatment, she would tell you about Hunter Douglas Nantucket sheer shades- they are simply beautiful! When she’s not guiding you through our lovely showroom, you can find Sandy spending time with her three amazing children. Be sure to say hi to Sandy when you visit our Bluffton showroom!

We are so lucky to have Rachel, our awesome Showroom Assistant, on our Budget Blinds of Hilton Head Island team! With a hospitality degree from Coastal Carolina University and her previous experience in customer service, Rachel has already been an incredible asset to our team. In our Bluffton showroom, you can find Rachel guiding customers through our window treatment options and the consultation process, creating custom customer profiles, and organizing paperwork. With her organization and personable personality, Rachel’s favorite part of her role so far has naturally been working with our amazing customers in the showroom to help them find their perfect window treatment! When you visit our showroom, be sure to ask Rachel about her favorite window treatment, sheer shades- they have a simple, versatile style that complements various room styles. Outside of the showroom, you can find Rachel spending time with her dog Lucy, going on day trips with the surrounding area, watching stand-up comedy, or spending time with her family.
