His prices were the most competitive and reasonable of all other quotes (when comparing the same materials). Jose was available at all times, by phone or text, responded quickly, followed up without being pushy, and worked with my schedule as needed. Roberto and Alexander came over to install the blinds very quickly and correctly, they took away all of the garbage (plastic bags and protectors) that came with the material, and communicated promptly when they needed my input. If you are shopping for blinds I highly recommend to give Jose at Budget Blinds of Hialeah a call. I'm beyond happy with my new blinds. They did an amazing job. Before I contacted Jose I had called several other companies to come out for quotes, one company scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up and the other three quoted me ridiculous pricing and to top it off one of the sales guys was super rude. Not only did Jose quote me the best pricing, he was super professional, courteous and came through with all of his promises. I purchased the blinds a week and a half before Thanksgiving, he promised I would have them installed by Thanksgiving; however, I was not going to hold him to it because of the holidays but to my surprise he came through. I recommended him to a close friend who just purchased a new home, she had received other quotes and was about to close her deal with another company.
