Dear Future Customer, I called Jeremy Erickson, owner of Budget Blinds, for a free consultation a little over two weeks ago. He was able to get me an appointment the same week and was right on time. He was able to bring in a number of samples of wood blinds (the product I was looking for.) I had no problem choosing the color and product. At the end of the consultation he had mentioned it would be 2-3 weeks and he would be back to install. Two weeks later I received a call from Jeremy and it worked out that the same day he was able to come out and install my new blinds. He was very courteous and professional even with my 3 children running around and asking lots of questions. In regards to the Budget Blind product, I am VERY HAPPY with the color and style of the two-inch wood blinds with the break away cords. They are a heavy duty, well made blind and the blinds look beautiful in my home.
