Why Budget Blinds of Fulshear

Mark and Liz, along with daughter Sarah and son David, moved to Houston in 1993, from Aberdeen, Scotland. Mark worked as an engineering manager for an international oil service company while Liz worked as an project manager for a local electric supply firm. After a downturn in the oil industry Mark became disillusioned with the corporate world and constant change in the oil industry. Subsequently Liz and Mark searched for a franchise that would suit their family needs and lifestyle and quickly decided on Budget Blinds. The two of them run the business along with their son David, making this truly a family affair.

David is the son of owners Mark and Liz. He has many years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of roles, including reconstruction and remodelling of many homes after Hurricane Harvey. He has also worked in pool maintenace and gutter installation and servicing. His primary focus with Budget Blinds of Fulshear is as an installer, though he has taken on other responsibilities in office administraion and marketing. We are so happy to have David on board, truly making this a family run business!
