Meet Mark and Nancy Wiley, husband and wife and owners of Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, serving Northern Baltimore and Harford Counties. Both are passionate about family first with 8 children and 6 grandchildren between them! As local residents, they are avid fans of both the Orioles and Ravens teams. Both Mark and Nancy feel it is very rewarding to assist customers through the selection process and provide professional measuring and installation backed by our No Questions Asked Warranty*.

Mark Wiley became the Owner and Designer of Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville, and Bel Air North in 2011. He grew up in the New Baltimore area and currently resides in Northern Baltimore County, commuting to Fallston every day to the franchise’s headquarters. He’s happily married to his wife Nancy, and between the two of them, he has three children, five step children, and six grandchildren!  A Graduate of Towson University, Mark enjoys all sports, especially golf, in addition to being a huge Orioles and Ravens fan. In his spare time, Mark and Nancy actively serve in their church where he teaches middle school boys in youth group. He is also a very serious foodie! His outgoing personality and ability to connect with others, as well as his vast knowledge of the products offered by the business make Mark the perfect fit as Owner and Designer for Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville, and Bel Air North!

Nancy Volz WIley is the happy Owner of Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville, and Bel Air North alongside her husband, Mark. For over 32 years, Nancy lived in the Hereford Zone of Baltimore County before relocating. The mother of five children, three step children, and grandmother to six (and counting) grandchildren, Nancy spends much of her time focusing on family. Before becoming Owner of the franchise, she attended Baltimore County Community College. One of her passions in life is decorating and creating, something that helps her grow in her position every day. It is this love of decorating and creating, as well as her driven and organized nature that make Nancy Volz Wiley the successful Owner and Design Consultant for Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville, and Bel Air North!

Meet Fred, the warehouse manager for Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville and Bel Air. Fred has been our warehouse manager for the last two years. Fred is dedicated to keeping the warehouse organized and clean in order to effectively and efficiently provide our customers their products as soon as we are receiving them into our warehouse! 

Meet Emily and Hope, our office administrators for Budget Blinds of Forest Hill, Cockeysville, and Bel Air. You can find Hope in the office taking care of bookkeeping, scheduling, reporting, and so much more! Hope diligently gives her time to provide the best service for everyone! Emily takes care of everything marketing for budget blinds!
