The blinds are very sturdy and good quality. There is a budget for everyone and although you do not have a large purchase, you are treated with the same respect and consideration as if you made a large purchase. The installation process was very professional and right on time. We had a wonky blind and the installer immediately requested a replacement. We didn't even have to tell him.
