We're proud to continue our $1 Per Window Campaign by donating one dollar for every window we cover in 2023 to amazing local non-profits within our community. Thanks to our wonderful customers and dedicated team, we were able to donate over $40,000 in 2022. This year, we're excited to support Durham Rescue Mission, Raleigh Dream Center, Hope Reins, and Vets to Vets United. You can read more about each of these organizations below.

Homes for Our Troops

Budget Blinds, in partnership with Springs Window Fashions, is proud to be the official window coverings supplier for Homes for Our Troops (HFOT), a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to build and donate specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans to enable them to rebuild their lives. Through this partnership we provide custom window coverings and measuring and installation services in every home HFOT builds.

Vets to Vets United

Vets to Vets United unites veterans and dogs to improve and save two lives. Each dog is rescued from being euthanized at local animal shelters and is matched with a veteran suffering from depression, PTSD, and other conditions. This organization creates life-long, loving relationships and promotes a healthier community for servicemen and women across the Triangle area.

Raleigh Dream Center

This volunteer-driven, faith-based organization finds and fills the needs of thousands of homeless, abused, and impoverished youth, individuals, and families across the Triangle area. Raleigh Dream Center partners with local churches to provide resources to underprivileged communities, with a mission to restore hope, rebuild lives, and realize dreams.

Hope Reins

Since 2010, Hope Reins has helped over 2,800 kids in life crises from 16 eastern North Carolina counties through its faith-based equine mentorship program. The ranch boasts 38 acres of rolling hills, a herd of 17 rescued horses, and a 4,000-square-foot log cabin. All services are offered at no charge to kids and their families.

Durham Rescue Mission

The Durham Rescue Mission is Durham’s oldest and largest long-term homeless shelter, providing food, clothing, permanent supportive housing, vocational training, and many more resources to homeless men, women, and children in the Durham area. This faith-centered organization was founded in 1974 and has served over 400,000 meals and provided over 150,000 nights of shelter for our neighbors in need.
