He is very smart with technology, loves smart home upgrades including window covering motorization (especially Lutron!). He is also the local drapery expert, having been trained in all-things-drapery.  He pays attention to every detail that matters, making every project one that turns into something amazing!

David and Maria own Budget Blinds of Dubuque and their top priority is providing a 5-star customer experience.  We are easy to reach and respond quickly.   

When given the chance, David will jump on a wakeboard, go downhill skiing, or scuba dive!  Maria plays a few instruments and helps out with the church worship team and loves traveling. They both try to keep up with their four children, ages 17, 15, 12 and 10.

Brad is fantastic part of our team! He is happy to be your solution finder when it comes to your unique window covering needs.  If you have no idea what you want, he is your expert.

He loves the design element of discussing options with you and will easily help narrow down your choices.  He uses his knowledge of all the options and has an amazing eye for color to find the right option that will fit your style, design, and budget.

He knows our products very well, and you can trust Brad to help you.  Customers are so pleased with his service they call and ask for him again and again!

Brad loves his wife Shelly, his bulldog Zeke, and is an avid bowler and camper.

Sebastian handles all things commercial, from bidding to ordering to installation supervision.  He ensures architects get exactly what they envision and that projects are implemented with precision.  Whether you need to cover a few or hundreds of windows, implement automated or manual shading systems, from apartments to schools to factories, Sebastian is your guy. Sam is an energetic person and desires to please when he comes to finish your experience and install the custom window coverings you ordered. He is very respectful, trustworthy, and a great communicator. He will show you how to use your new blinds. If you have a motorized shade with a remote, he will take the time to program it and show you how to use it. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy!

Sam has lots of talents and interests, and if you get him in conversation, you'll most likely learn something special about pouring specialty coffee drinks, Rubik’s cubes, and lots more. He's super fun and we love having him on our team!

Theresa is simply amazing and does a fantastic job managing a complex set of tasks! She is the first person you talk to, and is dedicted to making your experience from inspiration to installation easy.  You will communicate with her to schedule appointments for design consultations and installations, and she will be with you through the process to help answer all your questions. 

Theresa coaches club volleyball, and enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Jerry and Macho.  She loves gardening in the summer, and every Easter her family raises chickens for eggs!

Violet is David and Maria's 17 yr old daughter.  She helps make our office more efficient by digitizing all our old files. 

Violet is a Junior in high school.  When schoolwork gives her a break, she enjoys hanging out with friends, getting a pineapple drink at Starbucks, and playing volleyball.

Calvin LaMarche is David and Maria's 15 yr old son.  He helped with installations during the summer of 2022, and looks forward to helping out in the summer of 2023!  He loves learning and becomes handier with each install.  He is very attentive and cheerful, and comes home with cute stories of meeting our customer's dogs.

Calvin loves legos and drawing comics in his free time.  He plans to be join Waterloo Christian School's first ever high school football team during the 2023-2024 school year.  

We love our dogs around here.  Coco is Dave and Maria's 3-yr old Saint Bernard and brings lots of smiles to the family.  She is the smallest of a huge litter born to a reputable breeder in Dyersville, IA.
