We recently purchased blinds for several rooms in a rental unit that we own. I contacted Steve Palmer by phone and received a prompt response. We were able to set up an appointment to look at Budget Blinds products that allowed me to include the tenant. A selection was made, the order placed and the blinds were installed all within the time line that Steve and I had discussed at our initial meeting. The tenant saw the product first and was very please. I had an opportunity to see the installation about a week ago and am also please with both the product provided and the installation. Spoke with Steve and he came over to show me all the options and to provide his professional guidance. I made my selections with his help and he had the measurements and invoice ready in no time. Three weeks later Steve was back and installing them. They look as good as promised and were installed very nicely and cleanly. I couldn't recommend Steve more highly. He is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well as just a real nice guy. He will give you his advice and provide good guidance on what will be most functional as well as look great. His installation was quick and clean. When he installed my blinds he was short a couple of clips (a very minor detail) and then refused to take his final payment until he was 100% done. Try finding a business that will do that these days. Outstanding service and product.
