Why Budget Blinds of Salt Lake and Davis Counties

Budget Blinds is a family-owned business serving Davis County for nearly 30 years. Founded in 1994 by J Dell and Beverly Lee, with their daughter Carri Neff, the company specializes in custom window blinds, shades, drapes, and more. After J Dell sold the business to Carri in 1997, he continued to work until his passing in 2017. Carri and her husband, Lin, raised four children who all helped out in various roles, with Lindsay continuing to work for the company after college. In 2007, Lindsay’s husband Efi Fekitoa, originally from Tonga, joined the business and supported Carri, especially when her health declined in 2013 due to kidney failure. Efi helped her focus on her health, and she received a transplant in 2016. In 2021, after discussing retirement, Carri and Lin passed the torch to Efi and Lindsay, who are now proud owners of the third-generation family business. Today, their four children—Feleti, Siaki, Leila, and Malakai—are following in their footsteps, helping the company grow.
