Lizbeth brings so much to our team here. She’s a college graduate with a degree in hospitality and tourism management—two things that lend themselves well to our customer-focused business. Lizbeth also has been in the automotive industry and corporate world for the last 20 plus years. With exacting attention to detail and stellar customer service skills, she stands as a model who we can all learn from in order to provide our service to the community.

As an owner, she’s skilled in conflict management, delegation, and active listening, along with collaboration and cooperation. Lizbeth stands as a uniting force for our team to gather around.

Born in Panama, Lizbeth came to the United States when she was seven—and she’s lived in Florida ever since. When she’s not here at work, you’ll find her spending time with her spouse and family—19-year old Twins son and daughter in UCF and a 17 year old son soon to attend UCF. GO KNIGHTS! It’s her passion to spend as much time with family as possible, whether it’s eating out, dancing, shopping, or just talking and being themselves.

Here at Budget Blinds of Coral Springs, we have a very special employee that we’d love to recognize. Her name is Gina Brinley, and she’s our Sales Manager. In this position, she brings us so many valuable skills. She’s excellent at sales, always going above and beyond for our team—and she’s bilingual, too!

According to Gina, there is so much to enjoy about working at Budget Blinds. She loves interacting with customers and being welcomed into their beautiful homes, where she gets to help them create amazing window treatments. There’s a great feeling, she says, that comes with building relationships with her customers, getting referrals, and making sales. Gina says it makes her proud to drive around Parkland and Coral Springs, meet so many different people, build relationships with them, and put the Budget Blinds name out there.

Gina also loves the trust and freedom her managers give her. They believe in her work and encourage her when she’s hard on herself.

When not at work, Gina is a single—and proud—mom of two kids, Aiden and Alena, plus their furry forever friend, Mateo, who is a darling little chihuahua. You can find her scrapbooking, dancing, cooking, and bowling, and one of her greatest joys is getting her nails done.

She was born in Chicago. Gina has also attended college, taking hotel management classes, and she is certified with ADT Security, Marriott, and Choice Hotels.
