Why Budget Blinds of Coral Springs

Here at Budget Blinds of Coral Springs, we have a very special employee that we’d love to recognize. Her name is Gina Brinley, and she’s our Sales Manager. In this position, she brings us so many valuable skills. She’s excellent at sales, always going above and beyond for our team—and she’s bilingual, too!

According to Gina, there is so much to enjoy about working at Budget Blinds. She loves interacting with customers and being welcomed into their beautiful homes, where she gets to help them create amazing window treatments. There’s a great feeling, she says, that comes with building relationships with her customers, getting referrals, and making sales. Gina says it makes her proud to drive around Parkland and Coral Springs, meet so many different people, build relationships with them, and put the Budget Blinds name out there.

Gina also loves the trust and freedom her managers give her. They believe in her work and encourage her when she’s hard on herself.

When not at work, Gina is a single—and proud—mom of two kids, Aiden and Alena, plus their furry forever friend, Mateo, who is a darling little chihuahua. You can find her scrapbooking, dancing, cooking, and bowling, and one of her greatest joys is getting her nails done.

She was born in Chicago. Gina has also attended college, taking hotel management classes, and she is certified with ADT Security, Marriott, and Choice Hotels.
