We love our blinds and Budget Blinds. Our whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Michelle responded to my inquiry immediately and Ken came out to measure in a very short time. Due to the Covid-19 he wanted to get the order in quickly for us. Our blinds came in a very timely manner considering so many companies were shut down. Our installer JD was excellent, fast, quality and very personable. One piece on our valance was wrong so he took it back with him and fixed the problem and brought it back the next day.
