What does Diane do for us? She’s an Office Assistant—and as such, she has amazing customer service skills, plus she’s great with the computers around the office. Her contributions have been invaluable here—and if you stop by, there’s a good chance she may help you with our selection of products.

Diane also brings an interesting educational background to the table. She’s a licensed Professional Geologist with a background in environmental consulting. It’s not surprising to learn that one of her passions is spending time outdoors.

Diane grew up in the Pittsburgh area, and after living in Maryland for 12 years, she moved back to the Pittsburgh area. She’s been living here in Butler County for several years with her husband Doug.

Diane and her husband enjoy time with their two adult children, plus two dogs and two cats.

We are thrilled to recognize Jim Schneider, one of our valued team members at Budget Blinds of Butler, Pennsylvania! Since starting with us back in June 2017, Jim has brought his previous experience in installing window treatments and his passion for his job to our team. He takes great pride in the variety of work he gets to do each day, always finding a new challenge to tackle.

Although Jim grew up in the Pittsburgh area, he now resides in Prospect. When he's not hard at work, he enjoys pursuing his passions for film-making and woodworking. It's always inspiring to have team members who bring their creativity and diverse interests to the table.

Jim is a family man at heart, with a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren who hold a special place in his heart. His dedication to his family is a testament to his character and work ethic.

In addition to his natural talents and interests, Jim has also pursued higher education. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, highlighting his dedication to his personal and professional development.

We are excited to shine the spotlight on Marsha Klaus, one of our exceptional team members at Budget Blinds of Butler, Pennsylvania! Marsha is a true local, having grown up in the service area and calling it her home. Her familiarity with the area allows her to connect with our customers on a deeper level and provide them with the best possible service.

Marsha attends Grace Church in Cranberry Township and is actively involved in volunteering with various activites at her church and is one of the group leaders for her study group. Her passion for music and singing is inspiring and adds to the vibrant culture of our team.

Family is important to Marsha, and she is proud of her spouse and children. Her dedication to her family is a testament to her character and values, and we are honored to have her as part of our team.
