We had our blinds installed by Budget Blinds 4.5 years ago. We've been really happy with the Hunter Douglas shades we selected. There have been 2 times that we've needed minor repairs to a shade and the response from Brett and his team has been immediate and professional to get them fixed and at no cost since under warranty. Both times they came out to our house to pickup the blinds for repair within a few days of contacting them. Great customer service.
