I needed blinds to replace my current ones in my upstairs bedrooms. I requested a meeting and Ed called me the very next day to schedule a time to come to my home! I have to confess that I had called Costco too inquiring about their blinds and didn't get a call until two weeks later to schedule an appointment. Ed came to the house, we discussed what I needed and decided on the top down bottom up blinds. They were ordered and a little over a week later they were installed!!! One blind was not correct and Ed immediately took care of that...ordered a new one! I can't say enough about the service and the follow-up...great customer service.
