We were in need of new vertical blinds for our sliding glass door to our patio. I am so happy with the experience i had from start to finish. Vern was punctual in contacting me every step of the.way. He was punctual in arriving, and extremely professional and courteous! He brought his samples, and listened to our needs without being pushy, and staying within our budget. We placed our order and it was ready way ahead of the anticipated date. He again communicated with me to set up an installation date and time that was convenient for us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and professional the installers were. They showed up at the expected time, and were respectful, courteous, professional and had the job done in a very short amount of time. They also were very careful to to lay tarps down so as not to scratch our hardwood floors. The installation required removing the existing blinds and hardware, measuring for the exact placement of the new hardware and vertical blinds, and efficiently cleaned up. I cannot give enough accolades to this company! You will not be disappointed!
